Terms of Use

Setply is a private, invite-only workspace for analysing public futures market data and tracking your own trade setups. This page explains what the service does, what it does not do, and the terms you accept by using it.

1. What Setply is

Setply reads publicly available market data from a supported exchange, evaluates it against configurable technical rules, and presents the resulting setups to you. Optionally, if you choose to connect your own exchange account, Setply can place orders on that account according to the strategy and risk profile you select.

2. Access is invite-only and free

• Registration requires a valid invite code. There is no public sign-up.
• All functionality is free during the current beta. The service contains no payment processing, no billing, no subscription, and no checkout of any kind.
• We will never ask you for card details, bank details, or any payment instrument. If anything claiming to be Setply asks you for these, it is not us.
• If paid plans are introduced later, existing users will be told in advance and nothing will be charged without an explicit, separate agreement.

3. We never hold your funds

Setply is not a broker, exchange, custodian, wallet, or payment service. Your funds stay in your own exchange account at all times. We have no mechanism to receive, hold, transfer, or withdraw your assets.

If you connect an exchange account, the API credentials you provide are used only to read your account state and to place, amend, and cancel orders on your behalf. Withdrawal permission is neither required nor used. When creating exchange API keys for Setply, do not enable withdrawal rights.

4. Not financial advice

Nothing produced by Setply is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to enter any particular trade. The signals, scores, levels, and statistics shown are the output of mechanical rules applied to historical and current market data.

Trading leveraged derivatives carries substantial risk, including the total loss of your capital and, depending on your exchange, losses beyond your initial deposit. Past performance of any strategy or setup does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for every decision made and every order placed on your account, including orders placed automatically under settings you selected.

5. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential.
• Configure your own risk settings - position sizing, leverage limits and the maximum number of concurrent positions - and review them before enabling automated execution.
• Use exchange API keys scoped to trading only, and revoke them from your exchange at any time if you wish to stop execution immediately.
• Comply with the laws applicable to you and with your exchange's terms.
• Do not use the service if you are barred from derivatives trading in your jurisdiction.

6. Availability and changes

This is beta software provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. Scans, notifications, and automated execution may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable - for example during maintenance, upstream exchange outages, or connectivity failures. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may end your access, at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because the service is provided free of charge, no fees have been paid that could form the basis of a refund or damages claim.

8. Closing your account

You may stop using Setply at any time. To have your account and stored data deleted, contact us at the address below. Revoking your exchange API keys at your exchange immediately prevents any further order placement, independently of anything we do.
